How are you doing? I mean will you be around in a year if I wish to expand my kit?
---------------
We're doing just fine :) We just ordered 27,000 linear feet of PVC furniture grade pipe for our panel frames. That's FIVE miles of PVC and it's about the 5th order of PVC pipe we have made since last January.

How long would it take to put together your Suite size? How long to break down?
---------------
For two people it takes about two to three hours the first time. Half that any other time. It typically takes less than an hour to break down.

How quickly can a kit be shipped from order date and how do you ship?
---------------
Typically, it will go out within 4 to 5 days, and we ship FedEx and UPS ground. However we ask you to allow 10 business days for shipment because sometime we may run out of stock on certain kit configurations and need to replenish.

What if I don't like the kit. Am I stuck with it?
---------------
No! We have a refund program. You can read about it HERE! However, we think you'll discover just how much you AND you cats love this CatsOnDeck enclosure!

I have six full size cats. What size enclosure kit do you recommend for kitty comfort?
---------------
A Deluxe would work. Adding two half shelves, plus the addition of a litter cubicle - much better. For the best of all worlds in comfort, space, etc., we would recommend our Suite kit.

Just how easy is it to put this kit together?
---------------
Very! The secret is our proprietary clamp design which makes kit setup quite fast! Take a look at our video about it HERE.

Does Cats On Deck mean that these enclosures are strictly for a deck or balcony?
---------------
Not at all! They're also excellent for containment inside a house or use two enclosures with one inside and one outside with a pet door in between! Others like the idea of keeping their nocturnal kitties contained at night while they sleep.

How do we best provide enclosure both inside and outside connected together? It would be great to have the litter boxes out of the house :) - We also would like to keep them in the enclosure when we have company or at night. However, we have some harsh winters and trying to figure out an answer. Got any for us?
---------------
Yes! Two answers: One: You could split the Deluxe with half inside and half outside with a pet door through the wall. You'll need to attach the frames to the wall on both sides and we'll send off instructions on how to do that. It's nothing major. Two: Purchase two medium kits and you will not have to attach either side to the wall as they'll have screened panels . However option two is more expensive.

What are these kits made of and how will they hold up to the weather?
---------------
Extremely well. The kits are manufactured in the United States. The frames are furniture grade PVC, the wire is galvanized after welding (GAW) (necessary for long-term strength and durability) then coated in vinyl for even more protection. All our hardware is stainless steel, and the clamps are nylon with 30 percent fiberglass fill. All this means that these kits are well made and will last for many years! Can the kit be set up on the yard?
---------------
Not recommended without some sort of foundation. Yards are almost always never level or flat. Cats could possibly dig out under the bottom edge - and the same goes for a critter trying to get in, so we strongly suggest a foundation. We have plans available for free that show how to build a simple, quick and quite inexpensive foundation for those who wish to place our enclosure out on their yard.
